Permanent Dark Theme

Is there a way to keep the Dark Theme permanently? I always have to set it back to dark theme every morning but I want it set that way permanently. I'm on a Pixel 3XL running Android 10.

I'm not sure where the setting is to turn off scheduled dark mode for Pixels. Maybe @mustang7757 can help.

It will be setting>display turn on always , also in developer settings you can set dark mode , this on my pixel 4xl but should apply to pix 3

Go to Settings>Display, then tap the words Dark Theme (not the toggle switch), then tap the word Schedule, and select None. Now go back and turn on the Dark Theme toggle switch, and it should stay on.
