I was using the DdB Browser app i searched clicked a link it took me to site then instantly to this page i was able to toggle back twice. Then nothing kept me on this site.
Saying Click a prize 10 mill """"""". Faces below of supposed winners with barely reconisable Faces in most. No abilty to click google Set or anything away from the three trophies it wanted me to choose. Have a SS below !

It's a redirect from the site you tried to visit. Tap the Home button, then go to Settings>Apps, select the browser, and clear the app cache/data, then Force Stop. It from what i thought was a regular i read there articles,Then as i scrolled it took me here. The device was freshly factory reset,App just downloaded though from a Jan play store update.

So 100% Clear as day no good,The sites link was out there.
