Phone app missing from apps drawer

My phone app is missing. It's no longer in the app drawer, but when i check the application manager it shows up in the device memory. which leads me to think that it is still somewhere on my phone. Not sure if a factory reset would solve this problem or not

Is there a search function in the app drawer?

I can change call settings through Settings > My Device > Call
But I can't find the application

Hmm. Go to Google now and type in phone or dialer. It should give you the option to search the device/applications
