Phone app report button

Hello everyone,

I don't know if I missed it or didn't notice it before but in the Samsung phone app, in the call list if you select a certain call there is an option to report the number. I know there has always been the option to block a number. Is this new???? Who receives the report?? I never noticed it before if it was there.

Samsung S10 AT&T version.

It's part of Pie (Or Oreo? Who remembers?) I don't know that anyone but your phone gets the"report". There's no "central call blocking list".
