Phone blocking an unblocked number

Not sure why but the phone has started to block my sister's number when she calls. She's in my address book, we've called one another before, but this week the phone decided she's spam.

I tried blocking, then unblocking her, no change.

How do I fix this?

If it thinks her number is spam, I would first call her back to make sure she actually tried to call you and it wasn't a spoofed number. If she did try calling, there should be an option to mark it as not spam in your phone app (or whatever blocked it).

Well, like I said in the OP, she's not marked as blocked... spam wise not seeing an option for that. I do have the auto spam filter on and I do report spam numbers, maybe someone reported hers as spam?

Few hours later had her try again and my phone rang this time... weird. Guess have to keep an eye open for it. A bit annoying since she called 2x and I had no idea until I checked my logs.

Doing it again. Checked and not blocked, but when I go to call history she tried twice and listed as blocked call.

She's in my address book, not blocked, yet randomly the phone decides to block her calls.

Have you tried to delete her from your contacts and add her again? I don't know if it's gonna fix it but it's easy enough to try.

Just deleted her, had her call which was blocked. Reported as NOT SPAM and then clicked the call to add to address book. Next call worked, but won't know it's fixed or not I guess until happens again.

You'd think that Samsung's spam filter would be smart enough to exclude numbers in your contact list from being treated as spam.

Check your carrier's account app or website and make sure her number isn't on any carrier-based block list.
