Phone call disconnects when moving phone away from face?

I rarely make phone calls on my Galaxy S6, but on 2 occasions recently I was on a call and my phone hung up when I pulled the phone away from my face to look at the screen. Anyone else have this issue? I'm not sure if I have some setting configured to hang up the call of I pull the phone away from my face, or if I accidentally press a part of the screen with my face just before I pull the phone away.

Any chance you bumped the power button?

Check Settings -< Accessibility -> Power button ends call and see if you have enabled it.

No, I don't think so. I just pulled the phone away from my face.
