Phone calls terminate after a few minutes

My wife's 2013 Moto G has started terminating any calls she makes after 4 minutes and 38 seconds. This started happening about a month ago. She thinks this is a "feature" that can be changed but I can't find anything in the settings that would cause this to happen. She only has it about 8 months so is within the warranty period but it has been unlocked by a 3rd party. It hasn't been rooted though.

Can anyone shed some light on this because it's driving her round the bend.
