Since update to pie9
During a phone call
I can't hear out of my ear piece on the phone...... Very low sound coming out..... All since the pie 9 update.... I hate pie, it has wrecked an awesome phone.... It's junk now (so many other problems since update)

Is the call volume normal using speakerphone, or with a wired or Bluetooth headset? Does the problem persist after a cache partition wipe? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-36229. Or in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-36242

Make sure you clean the earpiece as well as the microphone on the bottom to the right of the USB-C port. I had low in call volume before cleaning my Note 8
