Phone Charging Slow!

I bought this phone on Dec 2013. Now I have noticed that it charges slow using the cable given. I have the original cable and adapter.

I have noticed that when i used the power bank to charge my phone, it was fast. Faster than my cable charging.

Any issues with my phone or cable?

Could be, but unless you've been treating the battery right (not discharging it below 40% unless it can't be helped [and that means a 911 call]), a 16 month old battery could be bearing end of life. The cable has nothing that will wear out, and the charger usually either works or it doesn't. The cheapest thing to try is to borrow someone else's cable. They're all USB to microUSB these says, so any Android phone or tablet cable should work. If that fixes it, buy a cable for a buck.

I started charging them at 60% both times.
