Phone Charging

does it hurt/help the battery if i keep the phone on charger long after it has fully charged? how about if i keep recharging it whenever i get a chance whether or not the battery is at 99% or 10%?

i just want to make sure i'm not making the battery drain more by damaging it or something with how i charge it. thanks.

It's ok to leave the phone on the charger. In fact, these batteries love charging - charge whenever you get the chance. I leave my phone charging overnight every night even if it does not need to be on that long.

The phone stops charging after it hits 100% and then will run off of battery even if it remains plugged in.

Yup....this is a very annoying "feature"

Plug it in whenever you want.

I work in IT and keep a Micro USB cable with me at my work. So whenever I sit down at my desk, or anyone else's desk for that matter, I plug my phone into the available computer (with Charge Only set by default).
