Phone comes to a standstill when out and about.

When at home, the phone works like a champ. No issues whatsoever. But when I am out, it literally comes to a standstill. It's almost like if there is no WiFi connection it slows to a halt. In a store the phone almost becomes unusable. UI not responding, ages to open an app, goes back onto standby etc.

If there is no WiFi connection, and no mobile data connection, it will do that. Is that what you mean?
