Phone completely dead and my contacts aren't in my Google Acct. Contacts page!

Hi guys. I'm pretty devastated (if I can be melodramatic).

My Galaxy S4 has taken a couple beatings, and its charging capabilities have been dwindling till they finally stopped about 3 days ago. I took it into a repair shop who tried multiple charged batteries, and messing with the charging port but he says it doesn't look like it can be fixed. I'm disappointed but the worst part is the lost contacts. He said they should have synced to my google account associated with my phone.

I logged into my main google account, looked at /contacts and it's only e-mail/facebook contacts. Is there any way to salvage this? Is the data recoverable? Texts and photos would be nice but at this point I only want my contacts. I'm worried I might have stopped contacts from syncing at one point if that's possible.

The s4 supports wireless charging... You can try that though you would need to get a wireless charging back and pad
