Phone, contacts, messaging icons gone

Hi all,

I stupidly hid my messaging icon inadvertantly, yet dont know how to replace it, or how to get it back onto my home screen...any ideas? i can send messages yet by going the long way around through contacts etcit is no longer in my apps either

If you're stock, follow the directions listed above. It's pretty darn simple If you're not stock (or running an alternative launcher) then you'll need to consult with the developer of that launcher on how to "unhide" apps and icons.

Hi hope you sorted it, I struggled with it aswell but I got it back again. Just go to apps and in left hand bottom corner of phone then click settings and scroll down to bottom and you will see unhide apps. Happy Times.

My messaging icon suddenly went missing from my toolbar and i tried dragging it but the bottom turned into a remove button and i tried the lock screen way but that is non existent on my phone please help me :/

Hi, I lost my phone dialer today, don't know how? its not showing anywhere- neither in settings nor in apps section. Please help me to recover it.:'(
