Phone crashes when entering app menu to uninstall?

Hi, Im on the galaxy s2 epic [just got it yesterday] and installed papertoss, which crashes and doesnt run

then i try to remove it, and every time i get into the app menu to uninstall, it crashes

i tried easy uninstaller, same thing, same goes for trying to uninstall it from the marketplace

any idea how to remove the damn thing?

or if i do a factory reset, is there a way i can back up a select few apps instead of all of them?
