Phone dialer "home" screen

You're almost right. It looks almost exactly like the desk clock with a subtle difference. When running desk clock, the screens are identical except the touch buttons in the upper right corner. In clock mode, I get a maximize/normal button. In dock mode, I get an X (go back) and Mute button.

It most definitely happens to me when I plug it into my car charger. I'm not sure if it's every time or only when though.

If you go to your clock app there is a desk clock option that is what you are in.

I find no such option in my clock app.

When you enter clock, the top bar slides. Desk clock is tucked in the corner

haha this all happened to me today. got it fixed by turning it off and on. i used a 3rd party cord to charge the other day and it kept kicking me into car mode. anyways, every thing is back now! thanks!

First off I'd like to thank the person that started this thread cause I didn't know you could enter dock mode without a dock until now!

As for the getting stuck part, I've tried to get mine to stick as others have stated, but if I use the "back" button it always drags my out of that mode and the "home" button always does the right thing. Guess its just a little twitchy.
