Phone doesn't work on some cities

On my home town my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge works perfectly, but when I travel to some cities it presents the following problems

• No internet access. Neither WiFi nor 4G work.
• Overheating
• Battery discharges very quickly.
• In one case the keyboard was unresponsive.

In one city in a country it works fine, but in another city in the same country it doesn't.
Any ideas what could cause this strange behaviour?

O Would help to reply if you reveal where do you live..?

Internet failure and the reason, why in some cities the phone works
and in other doesn't..Main reason the Phone tower reception
of your network is far away or Not strong signal

The battery overheating can be due to various reasons. if you are in
a Hot temperature city, making lengthy calls and other causes

The first time this mobile presented this problem was in the beginning of the month, when it was on flight mode in Panamá City and unable to use WiFi. According to https://willmyphonework.net/ it is also compatible with Panama network, although this is irrelevant as it was on flight mode.

Yesterday the S7 Edge, which presents the problem, and an S5 both originally from Maceió, a Brazilian city, both from TIM carrier, were in Campinas ans São Paulo (other Brazilian cities). There the S5 worked without problems, while the S7 Edge presented the problems I have listed. Later in the day both mobiles were in Rio de Janeiro, where they operated without problems. TIM operates in the same frequencies on all these cities.

According to https://willmyphonework.net/ this S7 Edge model is fully compatible with TIM carrier in Brazil.
