Phone Errors After Using Dr. Fone

[Android Central Question]

Ok so I stupidly installed Dr. Fone to recover a lost video without reading any reviews. It worked and it scanned my phone, but the video was not recovered. I uninstalled it from my phone and computer, but my phone keeps giving me a warning about unauthorized access and it is now in custom status even though I did not root it. I even downloaded that SuperSU app and it said my phone is not rooted. Also, my phone is now using Vo LTE and I do not know how to turn it off. Please help I am paranoid that the unauthorized access will do something bad to my phone.
