Phone forced factory reset

It started with "System UI is not responding". Today, I was playing solitaire on my phone and it died (I didn't realize how low battery it was). I plug it in, charge it a bit and start it up. It got stuck in a boot loop before I shut it off again and waited awhile. I turn it on later and it had factory reset itself. Now it's stuck on "Just a sec...". How do I fix it? D:

Since it has already reset itself there would be no harm in doing it again using the button reset method, since you cannot reach the settings menu.
