Phone goes off for no reason?

Galaxy s9 on sprint network. Latest software update.
Phone buzzes for no reason sometimes. No notifications or anything. A few short buzzes, seemingly at random. Today I had my media volume up (notifications and ringtone still set to vibe only) and it beeped while it did it, but it was a beep I've never heard before. Sounded tinny and old school, like a radio instead of a smartphone. Notification reminders are disabled. Anyone have ideas?

Have you tried Samsung's Nice Catch to see a log of notifications? That will help pinpoint if it's a system message or an app pushing a quick,vanishing notification. Also check if there aren't any BT devices trying to connect to your phone (usually registered ones that you have deleted or unregistered will try this).
