T-Mobile Galaxy S8 Phone going nuts

So when I'm playing music with headphones in or aux cable my phone will go berserk. The volume will start going up and down, the phone will skip tracks and sometimes it keep playing and stopping the song on and off. Google assistant will keep popping up also and Bixby. Sometimes it will even start opeing other apps. What's the issue?

Try to force stop the music app, Wipe its cache and reboot it. If it still plays up, wipe the cache partition in the device..
