Phone hacked thru wifi/bluetooth remotely..

My phones have been hacked for the last two years..it's being done thru wifi and/or bluetooth...everything I've read about wifi/bluetooth says it has to be turned on before they can hack it remotely but mine was never turned on! And somehow they still got to it remotely...I think their doing something thru my carrier first but the last phone wasn't in my name and I did not even give anybody my phone number ..I desperately need help!
