Hi all

Posting on here in the hope someone can help me - I'm all Google'd out!

Basically my phone storage was getting full and I had the message saying some functions wouldn't work (like e-mail which hasn't updated in days!). So today I deleted a couple of videos, a couple hundred photos and uninstalled two or three apps (I'm down to the bare minimum anyway!). Left phone on the side and thought nothing of it.... Went back to it a while later and the screen is just black - won't turn on or charge! I've tried the following to fix....

Taking battery and SIM card out
Taking battery out
Using another battery (from my husband's phone - works on his not on mine, mine works on his)
The whole volume/power/home buttons incl volume up/down
Connecting to PC (with battery in and out) - get a 'duh' noise but PC doesn't recognise anything
Downloaded Kies but device won't connect
Leaving on charge for hours

None of it works :( I really, really need my phone to work and am all out of Google ideas - can anyone help me?

TIA, Kelly

Oops sorry.... Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini :)

Well, at this point is seems like an issue with the OS. You could try going to any Best Buy that has a Samsung Experience Shop inside. These reps are hired by a third party and they work STRICTLY with Samsung products. They have a laptop (usually) with a program that can either re-install or flash the OS back to the device for you.

Currently, the link on Best Buy's website to locate a Samsung Experience Shop in your area is broken.
I'd recommend calling around to a few local stores to see which one would have it if you aren't sure.
