Battery temperature 41.4° c. Is this normal or I have issue.?

Unless you're giving your phone some heavy use at the same time then no, its not normal. Looks like a a faulty battery otherwise.

I agree with sizzers. That's a bit high unless you're using your phone at the same time. Another possibility is that you have some heavy sync/upload processes set to happen when your phone is charging (photos, drive, etc). Check that.
