Phone is acting weird

So after 4 replacements since October,I've come to the realization that my note 3 battery just isn't great. It drains so quickly and after 4 replacements I don't know if it's the phone or battery. But I was just thinking this morning that a couple days ago my phone started charging very slow. Like it would take 5+ min for each percentage it went up. But then others days it would charge a 50% phone to 100% in no time. Could the problem be my charger? The phone and battery have been replaced but never the charger.
Also another question. When I first got the phone and it got used to my emails and words they would automatically come up on the little bar on top of the keyboard. Now all of a sudden that went away. It doesn't auto fill my emails or the option isn't even there at the top bar like it used to be. I didn't change any settings recently so o don't know what could have happened. Anyone have a clue?

It could be the charger or you... Were you using the phone (screen on) when it was charging slow? And the other times the phone was idle? That would be a big detail as to why it charges slow.

Check the prong where u plug it in! Mine where bent down had to bend them up and tada fixed
