phone is over heating got replacement and wrong gb model

My phone had been over heating multiple times a day and gone into cool down mode. I have taken it out of its case and it still happens. Contacted Verizon and they sent me out a refurbished phone. I mailed mine into them and this is where my main problem starts. My original phone was a 64gb the replacement is a 32gb. How could Verizon name this error and how do I go about fixing the situation?

I did and they fix it. Sent out the replacement phone today as issues of a certified new one it will be a brand new one. They also credited by account 100 for the inconvenience.
