Phone is saying hello all by itself

[Android Central Question]

Out of nowhere my samsung s9+ plus will all of a sudden say "hello?" In a childs voice without me doing anything to it at all and I don't have that word set on a notification sound!

Welcome to Android Central! Try installing Nice Catch to see if it can identify any hidden notifications.

I found that MS Outlook's notification sounds had gotten changed during an upgrade or something. Nice Catch kept showing an Outlook action whenever the accursed voice happened. So, I went to the Outlook settings and drilled down to Notification sounds and found the "hello" was checked instead of the standard sound.
