Phone is saying no service?

[AC Question]

Phone is saying no service???!!

Bill is paid can not make any out going calls , text nothing!! Turned off took out sims still nothing! It's a galaxy s3

Hi there, Is your Samsung Galaxy S3 being used on the carrier to which it is branded, or are you using it on another carrier? If you are using it on a carrier to which the device is not branded, is it unlocked?
