phone is slow in 3g

I'm not that savvy with phone technology but in 3g youtube doesn't load at all and when it does it takes forever to watch a short video, can't use yellow pages, use app store,etc. when in 4g lte and wife of course it works perfectly why does 3g suck for me?

Sprint doesn't have the best 3G speeds. This is more than likely to be the carriers fault and that you live in an area with weak 3G. Have you always had slow speeds, or did this start happening recently?
