Phone is stuck in PC mode and need to send back please help

Hey guys The Phone is stuck in the PC mode or shows a cellphone and a PC and a exclamation point. I went to use odin and put the phone to stock using a file i was told. It failed everytime I tryed, and now I have this problem. I need to send the phone back to Vz, please let me know what I need to do in order to get the phone back to stock and unroot it, thank you

Did you have the battery in the phone when using ODIN? Charge seems to need the battery in when flashing things through ODIN. Also make sure you are using a USB port in the back of the pc near the motherboard.

Battery trick worked, idk why that happend but thank you
