Phone is stuck, restarting

May have to do with some water damage I think it may of had a good week ago.

Currently the phone is dead. 0% battery, I put it in the charger and it automatically starts up, first shows the phone is at 0% battery, then begins start-up. Around 15 seconds later it will restart, and repeat this process until I pull the charger out and it goes dead pretty quick.

I hope I have explained it well enough, if you have any questions or resolutions fire away!

It sounds like a hardware problem after the phone got wet. I'd take it to a repair shop and see what they say.
