Phone just vibrates any thoughts?

Rooted then unlocked bootloader with ez unlock then locked with ez unlock and followed instructions to restore with locked bootloader and now phone just vibrates cant get it into odin either.

Did you try a batter pull? I got that issue once or twice and a good ol' fashion battery pull did the trick.

I have tried tried many times found that if i plugged it in to the point the battery pops up on screen I was able to get into odin. But now after loading the stock rom it just sits on verizon boot screen still will not load

You many need to follow the anti-brick guide. Sounds like something didn't flash correctly [HOW-TO] Unbrick your soft bricked Galaxy S III - xda-developers. Follow that and it will get you back to running 100% stock rooted.
