Phone Keeps Losing Powere Even On Charge

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and love the phone but with my past phones you can have them on charge and whilst they take longer to charge they still charge but mine keeps losing power when I use it and I have most of the battery draining stuff off.

Is there a way to fix this (besides the obvious, don't use it?)

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen when plugged into a wall outlet or a computer USB port? The latter doesn't give as much current, so if you're using your phone intensively, the battery drain will usually outstrip the charging rate.
