Phone keeps restarting

Can't use the phone as it keeps restarting. My wife is at Verizon now. Any help from the forum would be appreciated. TIA

Thanks for your reply. My wife brought the phone to Verizon and they're replacing it. I'll let ya know when we get it and if/when we're up and running.

Hopefully they just need to reinstall the stock firmware from what it sounds.
