Phone keeps ringing while on a call.....

This only recently started. I received a call the other day (Pixel 3) and while I was talking to the person the phone kept ringing. I had to ask the caller to call back. My wife just tried to make a call (Pixel 3 XL) and I could hear the phone ringing while the call was already answered. Second time it has happened to her. Is this a bug with the latest update?

Just happened to my wife on again and she was calling Serbia. Had to hang up and call back again. This is very annoying!

Any pattern emerging? Is it only with international calls? Are they calls to landlines or cellphones?

No pattern that I am aware of. Has happened on local and international calls, both receiving and initiating.

Clearing the storage advises that all settings, data, etc. will be lost. I forced stopped and cleared the cache. That is all I am willing to risk at this point.

I did it on my phone and everything populated back., I understand your concern , it's up.to you

So far, it has not happened to me again. Just happened to my wife so force stopped and cleared the cache for her. Hopefully this will resolve it for her.
