Phone lets me set up fingerprints but then doesn't recognise them

[Android Central Question]

I have a new S21 Ultra, with Whitestone Dome glass installed.
When I set up the fingerprints, it will accept them and loads them up, but when I then go to use them, it says "no match"
help!
I've tried deleting and re-registering fingerprints multiple times, force restarting phone, wiping cache, curing screen protector for ages under UV to ensure it's cured fully... no luck

You have screen sensitivity on? Strange because if you were able to register them with Dome on and says no match .
