my s4 (gt-i9500) is stuck on the boot loop. i don't know if it's boot loop but you know when you turn on your phone and it says "SAMSUNG Galaxy S4 GT-I9500", yeah it's stuck there and keeps flashing the same message over and over and nothing happens.
none of the buttons are responding and i can't open any menu. So if anyone can help me please tell me what to do.
i am using android 5.0.1
got a new battery and charger recently
and there has been no physical damages to the phone as such
also if i put my phone on charging while in this state it shows the charging symbol and it keeps flashing but it never reaches the charging state
