Phone Memory or Inernal Storage

Which do I choose to free memory? My prrevious phone had a "move to SD card" option but this HTC only has the following two options "move to phone memory" or "move to internal storage", which is best to move to please?

Bit of a trick question... Since the One doesn't have an SD card slot, everything is stored in the phone's internal storage.

Try both options to see if they make any difference.
