Phone not connecting to New Xbone controller/Restart in when trying to plug it in

Title says it all. I want to use my Xbone controller over bluetooth to play some games on my new K20, but every time I try to connect I get the message "The wrong PIN or passkey had been entered". After that happened I tries connecting it directly to the phone, and whenever I do that the phone freezes, then restarta itself. I never had this issue on my Galaxy S7. I have already updated the controller.

Plugging a wired mouse and keyboard into the phone works perfectly fine.
