Phone not logging calls after MIUI 11 update

Hey, I have a MI9 updated to MIUI 11 (global version 11.0.2) about a couple weeks ago and the dialer app doesn't show or register call logs anymore.
It doesn't show old calls or register new ones either.
I tried clearing cache and app data + rebooting but the issue still persists. All permissions were checked and even reset to zero
Also tried another dialer app and the logs didn't show either.

You seem to have posted this six times in various forums. That is counter to the site's rules. Your other threads, so far as I've been able to keep track of them all, have been closed.

And I just deleted those duplicates. Just ask once.

Was this an official update pushed over-the-air, or did you download it from some website and manually install it? If so, are you certain this update was intended for your exact model?

Hi, sorry, it seems to have been crossposted (cause I only wrote twice. Once here and once in the general Q&A thread).
Update pushed over the air.
Everything else works as intended except this call log issue

Have you tried in safe mode see if still happens?

Nope but I ended up reseting my phone to factory which of course worked
