Android Central Question

I have a Galaxy S9 + on Sprint. When people call me, it will ring once and then either disconnect the person or send them to voicemail. It varies as to which it does. I have isolated to happening when wifi is on. I have uninstalled wifi calling and reset my wifi settings. Once I turn on wifi, it happens. I have not reinstalled wifi calling.

The amount of rings sent to the phone before going to voice mail is set by the carrier and adjustable by their cs. I would give your provider a call and ask what you are set to and get an increase.

Call voicemail (usually long-press 1) and see if anything on the menu, or anything on the "other things" menu, has a setting for how long until a call goes to voicemail. It can't be by number of rings, it has to be by time. In most of the world it's 5 seconds per ring, so set it to 5 times the number of rings you want plus 2 - because you and the caller aren't hearing the same ring, and they may be offset by a second or two.
