Phone Over heat

My phone always have a fever whenever i use it ex.20-30min..
How can i fix it?

There are various possible reasons for that. For example, the battery may be failing.

If the battery isnt the problem.. What can cause over heat to my phone?

Bad components inside. It has to be opened (in a repair shop - don't try it yourself) and run covered by a small box for a while - then the box is removed and someone quickly feels for the source of heat. (In most cases it's run to total failure due to overheating, then the failed part is replaced.)
