What do you mean that the phone is "not known"? You don't know the brand and model? You can find that in the Settings>About Phone menu.

But I agree with fuzzylumpkin -- that's all a bad sign. It suggests a bad battery that could be a fire risk.

Sorry, but that still doesn't tell us the brand and model of the phone. I told you above how to find the information.

Since you're telling us the phone heats up very easily, it's not surprising that it would heat up during a system update, because updates are processor intensive.

I got a phone which is not known. While charging it overheats a lot until I plugged it off. Even when is powered off it feels hot to touch
