AC Question

My phone (Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus GT-S5301) randomly stops loading internet at all for about 15 seconds and then returns back to normal for about 2 minutes. All the settings are fine, they worked normally until like 3 months ago. I'm pretty sure it's not the service provider, as my sister is on the exact same provider in the same room and doesn't have any problems.

Welcome to Android Central. :)

When this happens, do you get a message on the screen?
You say it's probably not the provider, but perhaps you have a SIM problem....or does this occur when using wifi?

Hello, this is the same person who asked the question.

No, it does not give any message. All I see is the little arrows below the H turning black, like they are not loading anything. It is not wifi. I doubt it is my SIM, I tried other SIM cards with the same results.

And thank you for welcoming me!

Well done for registering. :) It's much easier to discuss and fix problems when the questioner joins as a member.

As a first attempt at fixing, it may be worth booting into Recovery and performing a Cache Partition wipe. If you're unsure how to proceed with that, let us know.

I had this problem in the beginning and it was my wifi set up. comcast is putting out router upgrades and my apartment complex maybe 100 routers within a few hundred feet of me were all on the same channel. At night it was horrible. I was timing out surfing the net. So I complained to comcast in a change my channel. If you click on your wifi connection you can see your throughput if it's mantaining max mbps or wavering to a tiny fraction of the total like mine was. Check and see if its changing

Thanks but I'm not using wifi, so this didn't help.
