I've done searches and they all suggest it's the wrong kernel/rom combination or something. I believe I have them correct though. Any way to tell?

I've also done regular reboots to the phone, but it's been bad the last few days.
Thanks for all the help.

Which ROM are you running and how did you get to that ROM? Which kernel did you flash? Are you running a theme?

Under menu=>settings=>about phone what does it say for the following?

Firmware version
Baseband version
Kernel version
Build number

I'm running;
Firmware:2.2.1
Baseband:S:i500.04 V.EB01
Kernel:2.6.32.9
Build: EB01

No custom themes, I'm running launcher pro but it was happening before launcher pro.

Which ROM? Superclean? If so which version number? Did you use one of DroidXcon's ODIN packages? Have you flashed a different kernel since going to your current ROM?

I'm using superclean, it was from DroidxCon's ODIN package
Super Clean version 2.9 - EB01/EB16 Froyo leak root+Froyo Clockworkmodwith MALWARE protection
RIGHT CLICK AND SELECT EXTRACT HERE THE .rar file AFTER DOWNLOADING AND BEFORE USING(How to extract in post #2) -->EB16SC29_DXC.tar
is the exact one I used, following this guide; http://forum.androidcentral.com/ver...tom-roms-w-root-clockwork-updated-3-25-a.html

Didn't flash anything other than what he has hosted on his page.

That would be your problem. The random reboots was a common problem attributed to the music controls on the 5 lock screen mod included in 2.9. You have two easy choices: 1) You can use DroidXcon's 2.9.2 ODIN package to upgrade to 2.9.2 (it will not wipe any data); or 2) You can flash the 2.9.1 patch in clockworkmod recovery. Obviously I would recommend using DroidXcon's 2.9.2 package because it includes everything from the 2.9.1 patch, plus more.

Will do, thank you very much for the help!

It seems to be fixed, been running it since my last post. I tried doing the same things I did before to reproduce the problem (using pandora caused it, sometimes texts caused it, etc.) everything seems fine. Used pandora the whole way to work, no reboots.

Thank you for your help.

You're welcome. Glad it worked and you can go back to enjoying your phone.
