Android Central Question

I have an S7 that is ultra sensitive and rejects calls as I take it out of my pocket. I have done my research and experimented with all the settings that can cause or cure without much success.

I have decided to purchase some physical protection but don't know what. Do I go for a screen protector or do I go for a rear case that covers the side? I don't want a complete enclosed case that hides the front of the phone.

I guess I need to know whether it is touching the sides or touching the screen that rejects the call as I take phone out of pocket?

Most likely the sides. If you press the power button, if set to do so, that can reject a call automatically. Volume rocker usually just mutes it unless you keep it pressed. You can try the setting to prevent input in dark places (like a pocket), but don't know if that just blocks the screen.

If you wanna know what it is, tape a piece of paper on the screen to block input, put it in your pocket, call yourself and test.
