Phone Resetting by itself!

Is anyone else having issues with this phone resetting by itself?

I've factory reset it twice, cleared all memory and uninstalled all apps that didn't come preloaded but it keeps occurring. It occurs most times when just sitting and not being used but also occurs while on a call from time to time.

Happens about twice a week.

Any advice?

Is it doing a full factory reset on its own, or just rebooting?

It's just rebooting, not a factory reset.

It could be due to some app you installed that's causing instability in the system. You could try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. If the problem goes away in Safe Mode, then you know it's something you installed -- but then you'd have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away. Since it's only happening about twice a week, this could admittedly be fairly tedious.

I'd normally suggest wiping the system cache partition, but that phone doesn't appear to have that option, since it implemented Android's seamless updates, which does away with the system cache partition.
