Phone restarted itself

When I woke up this morning my phone was in the process of restarting itself. I checked to see if there was a software update but didn't look like anything had changed. Any idea why it would have restarted itself? Had the same thing happen like 3 weeks ago.

It's only done it twice and it was the same time both times. Thought it had done an update but I'm still on Nov security patch and didn't notice anything that looks like it changed

There is a "feature" in the Smart Manager (Settings -> Smart Manager -> More) for Auto Restart. Make sure it is not enabled or set it up to do the restart at a time when you won't be using the phone. I manually restart mine roughly once a week just to clear the services cache..
