Phone ringer disturbing my co-workers...

Hi there,

Apparently the outside "hard buttons" do not work for raising and lowering the volume on my phone. I had it all the way off and suddenly my ringtone blasted in with a call. What the heck?

I went into the phone settings and found a volume slider for the phone. How can I make these two settings work together? I shouldn't have to go to 2 different places to set the phone ringer volume. Thanks!

If you hit one of the volume buttons from side hitting thr 3 dots over it you can control how loud each

Thank you, I've just adjusted there so will see how that is. Your sentence stopped I think before you finished, this will control how loud ... would the rest be each sound app or sound setting?

Haha sorry I was typing and took a call.. Didn't realize it sent.. Lol

Corect each one separately...

I using just use vibrate while working but will test if any inconsistent behavior

There should be a 3-dot button on the slider for adjusting the individual sound categories, like what I posted from my Note 20.
