phone running very SLUGGISH

I just got a warranty swap from Verizon because I kept dropping calls and my battery was draining fast. Well the new one is the same so it must be the phone.

But for some reason this one is running very sluggish and slow. I go to open photos or while im texting and im constantly waiting 2 or 3 seconds. I feel like the other was definitely faster.

Any ideas?

I've see demo phones at cell phone stores where people have started downloading a ton of apps and they never seem to finish.. Those phones were pretty slow. Maybe check the downloads to see what's going on.
