Phone says SD is unmounted?

Today I decided to flash Scott's Clean Rom Pro 4.5. It is now up and running great with one problem, I can not access my sd card. Whenever I go to music it says "Your content is unavailable because your phone is being used as USB storage. Disconnect USB to access your content." I don't have anything plugged into the phone or anything and even when I plugged it in charge only was the only option. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Did you go to settings, storage, sd card, mount/unmount SD card?

Yeah and I tried mounting and unmounting in Amon ra. Still an issue.

I would try to reflash it, Im running 4.5 and really like it, but my 4g has gone away and cant get it back, Im thinking it is the phone though.
